STEELOR


The products of recharging carburizes tungsten STEELOR are made up for the majority of a matrix (40%) wrapping tungsten carbide grains (approximately 60%).
They are applicable by process flame or proceeded arc and currently represent the products of recharging most resistant to wear by abrasion.
The lifespan of the deposit carried out with these products very definitely higher than all other is produced of recharging.
They are marketed in several forms: continuous flexible cord, tubular rigid rods, tubular electrodes, filled wire.
The matrix can be ferritic or austenitic according to the criteria of employment.
They can be deposited on various steels moulded, ferritic and austenitic for the recharging of parts of drilling, stabilizers, propellers, screw of transport, head of screw the mouleuses ones in the industry of ceramics, blades and arm of mixers in iron and steel industry, the foundries and the cement factories, chains trailing, agitators, disintegrators, parts of pumps, valves of valves, scrapers, etc.

Large rod made up of coarse grains of carbide of sintered tungsten embedded in a matrix copper nickel zinc alloy.
The deposit carried out extremely abrasion resistant also presents a powerful effect of cut.
Used mainly for the recharging of tools of drilling (crowns, trepans, strawberries, stabilizers) and of parts or cutting tools of wheel of tunnellers.

Filled wire made up of an envelope Ni-Cr-B and molten tungsten carbide 60%.
The deposit obtained is extremely abrasion resistant with a very good behaviour at the temperature and in corrosive medium. Its abrasive resistant is as high as the products flame if the operating instructions are respected.
Advised use under cold gas.
Recommended for the recharging of tools for drilling, tools for wear of wheel of cut of tunneller, wearing parts of slicers and planers, teeth of cups, screw of transport, screw of moulding machines, etc.
